You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund:

Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Return

If eligible, a reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable). Otherwise, you may ship the item to our return address.
Refund Process
